Copper C11300

Copper C11300 (CDA 113, UNS C64200) is an oxygen-free copper with a minimum Cu+Ag content of 99.90%. It is a strong and malleable metal used in applications where high electrical conductivity, excellent thermal conductivity, good corrosion resistance, and easy fabrication without losing strength are essential. It mainly consists of copper with trace elements including silver (0.03-0.50%), phosphorus (< 0.01%), arsenic (<0.001%), antimony (<0.0003%) and tin (< 0.01%). Copper C11300 offers superior machinability to other coppers while still possessing excellent electrical and thermal properties and superb physical qualities like strength & formability at elevated temperatures & pressures, rating it higher than many other copper alloys for these applications.

Copper C11300 is one of the most widely used copper alloys due to its malleability and ductility. Its high electrical conductivity makes it an ideal material for electrical wiring. This alloy has good corrosion resistance and can be used in aggressive environments such as seawater. Moreover, it is easy to weld, braze and solder using conventional methods, making it suitable for manufacturing components with complex shapes. Overall, the superior properties of Copper C11300 make it a popular choice for numerous applications in electronics manufacturing and automotive engineering.
