Copper C14530

Copper Alloy C14530 is a lead-free, tin-bronze alloy with excellent strength and corrosion resistance. It comprises copper (96–98%), aluminium (1.3–2%) and nickel (.5–1%). This combination makes it an ideal material for various applications such as industrial pumps, valves, springs and marine hardware due to its outstanding fatigue resistance, durability and wear/abrasion resistance on top of its already impressive corrosion resistance, making it the perfect choice for components exposed to harsh environments.

Copper Alloy C14530 offers excellent strength, flexibility, and superior electrical and thermal conductivity. It is commonly used in various products due to its corrosion resistance, affordability, machinability, and formability. Common uses for this alloy include air-frames, pressurized piping systems, engine components, valves & pumps, springs & fasteners for aircraft. Additionally, it can be found in applications such as plumbing fixtures and hardware, along with architectural components such as roofs & gutters. It is also often used in cryogenic applications due to its low thermal conductivity at high temperatures.
