Inconel 925

Inconel 925 is an alloy that combines nickel and chromium with molybdenum and a small amount of iron. It offers excellent resistance to corrosion in industrial environments, as well as high levels of stress fracture protection. Additionally, it retains its strength at temperatures up to 1150°C (2100°F) and shows excellent oxidation properties. Its alloy composition makes it ideal for chemical plants, power plants, oil refineries, thermal oxidation systems, gas turbine engines and marine applications.

Inconel 925 is a corrosion and oxidation-resistant nickel-chromium-iron alloy. It's primarily used in high-temperature applications such as turbine blades, fasteners, and associated components due to its ability to withstand temperatures up to 1150°C (2100°F). Its properties also make it extremely useful in chemical processing industries, where it is highly resistant to acidic and chloride environments and other caustic chemicals. In addition, its low coefficient of thermal expansion offers tight dimensional stability for precision parts at even high temperatures.
