Hastelloy Round Pipes C22 are a type of alloy Pipe made from a combination of nickel, chromium, molybdenum and tungsten. Its unique chemical composition is represented by the code B16 which stands for UNS N06022. This alloy pipe is highly corrosion resistant, making it ideal for the storage of highly corrosive materials like sulfides and acids in transport applications such as tanks and piping systems. It also features good weldability, strength and ductility, excellent fabricability, as well as good formability and pressure resistance capabilities. These pipes can withstand temperatures up to 2300 Fahrenheit, are available in standard sizes ranging from 1/8" to 6", and can be used in extreme conditions due to their exceptional chemical composition utilizing the B16 code.

C22 Hastelloy Round Pipes is an alloy pipe that brings together the features of nickel, chromium and molybdenum alloys to yield products containing superior strength and excellent corrosion resistance. Its superior resistance to chloride-based stress corrosion cracking makes it ideal for use in chemical and petrochemical processing as well as waste treatment applications. It has excellent weldability, formability, high-temperature properties and outstanding fabricability characteristics. This material also has good ductility and impact strength which makes it suitable for cryogenic applications like storage tanks at exceptionally low temperatures. Hastelloy C22 Round Pipes are perfect for nuclear fuel reprocessing components because they have an impressive resistance to a gamut of aggressive chemicals such as brines, hypochlorites and hydrochloric acids.
