Hastelloy X Sheet

Hastelloy X Sheet is a nickel-chromium-iron-molybdenum alloy with excellent high-temperature strength and oxidation resistance. It has good creep resistance under temperatures up to about 1500°F (815°C). Its composition includes high chromium content for stress rupture properties, molybdenum for solid solution strengthening, and iron to maintain optimum thermal stability. The nickel content also makes the alloy more corrosion-resistant in many aggressive environments.

Hastelloy X sheet is an alloy of nickel, chromium, and cobalt. It offers excellent corrosion resistance in a wide variety of corrosive environments. Its properties include high strength at elevated temperatures, remarkable weldability, and good formability. This makes it ideal for applications such as turbocharger exhaust components, pulse combustors, gas turbine blades and vanes.
