Incoloy 825 Flanges

Incoloy 825 Flanges are made of an alloy containing approximately 37-48% nickel, 22-35% chromium, and 19-27% iron. Additionally, the alloy is composed of small amounts of titanium and molybdenum. This varied and complex composition creates a highly corrosion-resistant material that can often withstand extremely high temperatures without degradation. This makes Incoloy 825 Flanges perfect for use in many industrial situations, including power generation and other temperature-controlled scenarios.

825 Incoloy Flanges offer a wide range of beneficial properties for many industrial applications. These include corrosion resistance, temperature tolerance, durability, and particular alloying elements that enable it to resist crevice corrosion, stress corrosion cracking, and intergranular attack. In addition to its performance-orientated attributes, Incoloy 825 flanges come in various configurations, including slip-on flanges, blind flanges, and weld neck flanges. Crucially they are used in chemical processing applications due to their ability to resist pitting and acidic environment deterioration. The solid mechanical properties of Incoloy 825 flanges also make them suitable for use with low-temperature liquids such as acids as opposed to temperatures up to 1125°F (593°C).
