Incoloy 825 Sheet

Incoloy 825 sheet is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy containing small amounts of molybdenum, copper and titanium. It is extremely resistant to corrosion and oxidation and has excellent strength at high temperatures. It also has good mechanical properties when cold worked compared to other alloys of similar composition. The alloy has a chemical composition of Iron (Fe) 38 - 46%, Nickel (Ni) 20 - 23%, Chromium (Cr) 19 - 23%, Molybdenum (Mo) 2 - 3%, Copper (Cu) 1.5 – 3% and Titanium (Ti).

Incoloy 825 Sheet is mainly used in applications that require excellent corrosion resistance and strength. It has good pitting as well as crevice corrosion resistance. In addition, it has good weldability and superior formability compared to other alloys in its class. This sheet also exhibits excellent oxidation and high-temperature creep resistance. It offers outstanding protection against stress-corrosion cracking. Finally, this alloy can be fabricated easily into any desired shape while retaining its properties even after welding or forming operations.
