Incoloy 925 Pipe

Incoloy 925 Pipe is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy developed by Special Metals Corporation for use in highly corrosive environments. It comprises 24%-26% nickel, 19%-21% chromium, 3.5%-5% molybdenum and 0.50 % manganese, with traces of titanium, iron and aluminium. Its high resistance to chloride pitting and crevice corrosion makes it perfect for applications such as seawater piping systems, hydrochloric acid processing equipment and other spots subject to extreme conditions.

Incoloy 925 Pipe is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy designed to resist corrosion in highly acidic environments. It has excellent properties for high-temperature applications, including superior resistance to oxidation and carburization up to 2100°F (1149°C). This makes it suitable for petrochemical, chemical, and power generation industries. Its high creep and rupture strength enable it to be used in plants with extreme pressure or temperatures. Additionally, its thermal stability allows welding and fabrication without loss of corrosion resistance or flexibility. All this makes Incoloy 925 Pipe a superior choice for many industrial applications where reliability is essential.
