Inconel 600 Coil

Inconel 600 Coil is a nickel-chromium alloy that offers high heat and corrosion resistance levels. It has excellent mechanical properties, making it suitable for various industrial applications. Its composition includes 72% Nickel, 14–17% Chromium, 8–10% Iron, 1.5% Manganese, and 0.5 % Silicon. Due to its strong properties, ease of fabrication, and formability in different shapes, the Inconel 600 Coil is used in numerous industries, including aerospace engineering, marine engineering, and chemical processing plants.

Inconel 600 Coil is a nickel-chromium alloy of super-alloys, which offers excellent oxidation and corrosion resistance even in extremely high temperatures. They are used for furnace components, chemical processing, heat-treating exhaust systems, nuclear reactors, gas turbine engine components and more. The properties of Inconel 600 Coil include great strength at elevated temperatures, ease of fabrication and good weldability even when cold worked. These coils are also highly resistant to chloride ion stress cracking and have outstanding mechanical properties in low- and high-temperature ranges.
