Inconel 825 Coil

Inconel 825 Coil

Inconel 825 Coil is an age-hardenable nickel-iron-chromium alloy containing additions of molybdenum, copper and titanium. It combines excellent corrosion resistance with high strength and good fabricability. Its composition includes nickel (38%-46%), chromium (19%-23%), iron (balance), molybdenum (2.5%-3.5%), copper (1.5%-2.5%) and titanium 0,4 - 0,7%. It provides superior strength at operating temperatures up to 1000°C/1890°F without losing its flexibility or toughness, making it ideal for applications in highly corrosive environments and extreme heat conditions.

Inconel 825 Coil is a highly versatile alloy that finds a wide range of applications in industries such as aerospace, chemical processing and transportation. It has high corrosion resistance and provides excellent resistance to oxidation. Its superior strength and flexibility make it ideal for components exposed to extreme temperatures, while its good weldability allows for easy fabrication. In addition, the Inconel 825 Coil also possesses excellent pitting and crevice corrosion resistance, making it an ideal choice for use in seawater desalination plants.
