High Tensile Steel JFE 780 LE Sheet is a high-strength steel made from an alloy of iron, carbon, and other elements. It features superior corrosion resistance compared to ordinary steel. Its composition consists of 0.05-0.15% Carbon (C), 0.50-1.25% Manganese (Mn), ≤0.04% Phosphorus (P) and ≤0.02% Sulphur (S). Additionally, it contains trace amounts of Silicon (Si) and Magnesium (Mg) along with small quantities of Nickel and chromium for improved workability and weldability, respectively
JFE 780 LE Sheet is a High Tensile Steel having high tensile strength, yield point ratio, and excellent weldability. It offers superior machinability, fatigue resistance, formability and corrosion resistance. It is ideal for automobile parts exposed to harsh conditions, such as under-the-hood components like suspension and drivetrain devices. This steel sheet has excellent weather resistance properties with its special coated surface, which makes it suitable for outdoor applications.
