Monel Coil

Monel Coil is an alloy of 67% nickel and 23% copper, with small amounts of iron, manganese, carbon, and silicon. It has excellent corrosion resistance in saltwater environments and is often used for marine engineering applications such as propellers or boat hulls. It can also withstand high temperatures, making it useful for heat exchangers and turbines.

Monel Coil is a versatile and dependable material suitable for many applications. Its major properties include high corrosion resistance, temperature stability, strength and toughness in both hot and cold states, weldability and ductility. These features make it an ideal choice for industrial environments involving saltwater exposure or other corrosive elements. Additionally, its malleability allows it to be drawn into wires of various thicknesses, making the coil fit nearly any application you have without sacrificing quality or durability.
