Stainless Steel 321 Coil is a type of stainless steel alloy that contains titanium in its composition. It has excellent corrosion and oxidation resistance with high creep strength, making it ideal for use in extreme temperature environments. It is also highly resistant to carburization, stress cracking, and intergranular corrosion while still being weldable and formable like other austenitic alloys.
Stainless Steel 321 Coil is a formable austenitic heat-resistant stainless steel. It has good oxidation resistance in intermittent service to 870°C and continuous service to 925°C. It is excellent for welding, forming and machining due to its high corrosion resistance, excellent cryogenic toughness and non-magnetic properties. Its general uses are for applications requiring increased strength at elevated temperatures or increased creep resistance.
