321H

Stainless Steel 321H Pipe Fittings are made from an alloy of iron and chromium, with the addition of other elements such as nickel, titanium, molybdenum, copper, and nitrogen. The additions enhance the material’s mechanical properties and corrosion resistance. The main chemical components of 321H Stainless Steel pipe fittings are Iron (Fe) - 65-72%, Chromium (Cr) - 17-19%, Nickel (Ni) - 9-13%, Titanium (Ti)-0.7-1.2%, Molybdenum (Mo) -0.3-0.5%, Copper (Cu)-0.2-0.75% and Nitrogen (N)-0.12%.

SS 321H pipe fittings are known for their excellent mechanical properties, high tensile strength, good formability and weldability, and excellent corrosion resistance. They can be used in pressure vessels, heat exchangers, piping systems, exhaust manifolds, and turbochargers. In particular, the alloy exhibits exceptional oxidation resistance at temperatures up to 1600 degrees Celsius. It also offers excellent stress-corrosion cracking resistance and fitting corrosion resistance in a wide range of environments. Moreover, it has superior creep-rupture strength at elevated temperatures making it an ideal material for components subjected to high temperature and pressure loads.
