Stainless Steel Coil

Stainless Steel Coil is a flat-rolled steel coil made of stainless steel. It has excellent corrosion resistance due to its chromium content, which typically ranges between 11% and 30%. In addition to chromium, it may have other alloying elements, such as nickel, molybdenum and nitrogen, which provide extra durability for certain applications. Its composition also includes iron as the major component, along with small amounts of carbon, manganese and silicon.

Stainless steel coil is widely used in various industries due to its strength, corrosion resistance and durability. Its notable properties include non-magnetic behaviour, low thermal expansion rate, electrical insulation & formability. It also has many applications, including automotive gaskets and exhaust systems, cookware production, industrial food processing equipment and chemical tanks/pipes.
