Stainless Steel ER347H Filler Wire

Stainless Steel ER347H Filler Wire is used to weld titanium and niobium stabilized 18/8 high carbon stainless steel types 321H and 347H. The alloy has good general corrosion resistance and high-temperature strength and finds applications in the petrochemical, chemical and power generation industries. Typical service temperatures are up to ~800 degrees C. For some applications, the ER16-8-2 is an alternative filler wire that provides a more ductile and metallurgically stable weld metal at elevated temperatures.

Applications of SS ER347H Welding Wire include catalytic crackers, transfer lines, furnace parts, steam piping, superheater headers, and some gas and steam turbine components, used in petrochemical, chemical process plants and in power generation industries.
