SMO254 coil is a type of stainless steel alloy that has an excellent combination of corrosion resistance, heat resistance and mechanical properties. It consists predominantly of iron with added chromium, nickel, molybdenum and copper. These elements give SMO254 coil extremely high-performance levels in environments containing oxidizing acids such as nitric acid and chloride-containing media.
