Super Duplex Steel Zeron 100 Sheet

Super Duplex Steel Zeron 100 Sheet is a high alloy stainless steel containing 25-27% chromium, 4-6% molybdenum and 7-9% nickel. It provides excellent corrosion resistance in environments with higher chloride levels and good mechanical strength. It is also resistant to stress corrosion cracking, making it an ideal material for seawater applications such as tankers, vessels, and desalination plants.

Super Duplex Steel Zeron 100 Sheet has excellent pitting and crevice corrosion resistance. It is composed of 25% chromium, 7% nickel and 3.6 % molybdenum, which makes it more resistant to chloride environments than ordinary austenitic stainless steel grades. Its added copper content enables superior resistance to general corrosion in a sulfuric acid environment. It also exhibits greater strength than other duplex stainless steels, making it a suitable choice for components operating in pressure vessels, condensers, seawater systems, desalination plants, etc.
