Stainless Steel 17-7 PH Pipes

Stainless Steel 17-4 PH is a precipitation-hardening steel grade with higher chromium and nickel content for greater corrosion resistance than conventional stainless steel. Its chemical composition includes 17% chromium, 4% nickel, 1% manganese, 1% silicon, 0.15% carbon and 0.07 phosphorus, with iron balance. This alloy is easily formed and welded and offers excellent toughness with good strength at temperatures up to 600°F (316°C). It also maintains superior corrosion resistance up to 1000°F (537°C) when in the solution-treated condition.

Stainless Steel 17-4 PH pipes are highly corrosion resistant, making them ideal for medical, industrial and other applications requiring stainless steel piping. Additionally, these pipes offer excellent mechanical properties such as superior strength and hardness and are naturally immune to most forms of humidity and rust. Furthermore, they are easy to work with due to their uniform shape and smoothness. They can be used in various industries, including food processing plants, chemical production facilities and aerospace manufacturing. Their versatility means they can be used in various applications, from high-pressure systems to structures requiring extreme temperatures.
