Copper Nickel 90/10 Coil

Copper-Nickel 90/10 Coil, also known as Cu-Ni alloy 90/10, is a wrought copper-nickel alloy composed of a balanced mixture of 90% copper and 10% nickel elements. This unique combination provides excellent resistance to corrosion and erosion in marine environments. In addition, it provides good thermal and electrical conductivity, formability, and ductility qualities. It is commonly used in heat exchangers, desalination plants, condensers, plumbing components, and chemical process vessels/tanks in many industries, such as the oil & gas industry and power generating facilities.

Copper Nickel 90/10 Coil, or Cupronickel, is a nickel-copper alloy with excellent corrosion resistance. It has good strength and perfect formability properties. This alloy is widely used in marine applications, such as piping systems, as it offers good fatigue and erosion resistance when exposed to seawater. It also has superb weldability and high thermal conductivity, making it ideal for heat exchangers and condensers for cooling systems.
