Ship Building Steel LR/FH36 Sheet

Ship Building Steel LR/FH36 Sheet is a medium-tensile strength structural steel mainly used in the shipbuilding and offshore industries. It has good weldability and cold-forming properties, consisting of 0.17% Carbon, 0.8-1.2% Manganese, 0.035% Phosphorus, 0.02% Sulfur, and up to 1.5 % Silicon (depending on the grade). LR/FH36 sheets are highly corrosion resistant, making them suitable for applications requiring long life expectancy due to their excellent mechanical properties and reasonable price point.

Ship Building Steel LR/FH36 Sheet is a high-strength structural steel grade with a minimum yield strength of 355MPa. It has excellent weldability and cold formability characteristics, making it ideal for the construction of ships. Furthermore, this sheet has exceptional corrosion resistance in seawater environments due to its toughness and low carbon content. These properties make LR/FH36 an essential material in the shipbuilding industry for creating long-lasting vessels.
