Stainless Steel 253MA Fasteners are a high-grade, chromium-nickel alloy specifically for heat-resistant fastening applications. It consists of a combination of elements such as Nickel (4%), Molybdenum (1%-2%), Silicon (0.5%-1.5%) and Manganese, along with Chromium at 18% to 20%. This composition makes it highly corrosion-resistant and resistant to oxidation up to 2000°F. Its premium quality allows it to withstand extreme temperature variations without becoming brittle or cracking, making it an ideal choice for seawater & sulfuric acid facilities.

Stainless Steel 253MA Fasteners are an austenitic, chromium-nickel-silicon alloy that is used in a wide range of applications. They possess superior resistance to oxidation and carburization due to their high chromium content. These fasteners are known for their excellent mechanical strength, corrosion resistance, formability and weldability properties. Other features include great thermal stability and high creep strength at elevated temperatures up to 1150°C (2102°F).
