Stainless Steel 202 Coil

Stainless Steel 202 Coil is an austenitic chromium-nickel-manganese alloy widely used in manufacturing kitchenware, utensils, buildings and infrastructure. It consists of 17–19% chromium(Cr), 3–5% nickel(Ni), 4–6% manganese(Mn), 0.1%-0.25%% carbon (C), 1%-2 % molybdenum (Mo) and iron as the remaining components. This alloy provides good flexibility and toughness for cold working or hot forming operations while providing excellent corrosion resistance properties compared to other steel alloys.

Stainless Steel 202 coil is used for various applications due to its high corrosion resistance, heat resistance and low maintenance cost. Its primary uses include food processing equipment, kitchen equipment, sinks, chemical containers and automotive trim. It also has excellent forming and welding characteristics, making it an ideal choice for fabricated products. This type of stainless steel is highly resistant to rusting, staining and pitting, even in highly corrosive environments.
