Stainless Steel 321 Plate Flanges

Stainless steel 321 plate flanges are comprised primarily of iron, with 18-20% chromium and 8-11% nickel. They also contain traces of carbon, manganese, silicon, and molybdenum. The nickel content gives the grade excellent corrosion resistance to oxidation at high temperatures. Additionally, it has superior creep strength compared to other grades of stainless steel alloys and can resist cyclic stress crack corrosion. 

321 SS plate flanges are often used in high-temperature applications due to their excellent corrosion resistance and superior creep strength. They are commonly utilized in chemical processing, aerospace, marine, and oil & gas industries.
