Inconel 617 45 Degree Short Radius Elbow Pipe Fittings are made from a nickel-chromium-cobalt-molybdenum alloy metallurgically designed for extreme corrosion and oxidation resistance. They offer high-temperature strength and exceptional features at elevated temperatures up to, 2100 °F. This alloy includes a unique combination of single-phase microstructures that give the fittings excellent strength and superior toughness, allowing them to remain operationally stable over an extensive range of temperature variations. The chemical composition of Inconel pipes is composed primarily of nickel, chromium, silicon, cobalt, tungsten and molybdenum components providing superior protection against high-temperature reducing materials such as hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid as well as neutralising salts and oxidising agents like nitric acid, ferric chloride and copper sulfate. These pipes also provide excellent heat transfer properties, making them ideal for applications where efficient heat exchange is needed.
Inconel 617 45 Degree Short Radius Elbow Pipe Fittings have been developed specifically for extreme-temperature and corrosive environments. Made from a combination of Chromium and Nickel, these lightweight but strong fittings can withstand high temperatures (up to a maximum of 1400°C). These pipe fittings resist oxidation, erosion and carburisation, and too hot or cold temperature cycles. The superior impact toughness makes them highly useful for installations in gas turbines, power plants and other similar applications. 617 Inconel 45 Degree Short Radius Elbow Pipe Fittings are easy to install and provide reliable connectivity without frequent maintenance or replacement.
